The Golden Centre is both an on line resource for integrated complementary care and a physical place-eg therapy centres where people can attend.

Therapists affiliate by agreeing to follow The Golden Centre Objectives and Mission. We would also hope you could make a donation to the work of Centre, either to the financial help fund or other support.

Clients applying for help towards their treatment can approach the Centre for advice on the basis of their need. This could be towards a particular therapy which may help them and which is provided by the therapists in the scheme. Usually, it would be subsidised treatment or in some cases it could be free. Clients choose a therapy on the informed basis of what it can offer them as treatment or palliation.

The idea of affiliation means that we can offer a service to the therapists over and above what they already have in their current practice. We can offer a data base of consultation centres and therapists which clients can choose from, who offer a service recognized by The Golden Centre. The Golden Centre Objectives and Mission is a key quality mark and all who affiliate have to subscribe to it.

Suppliers of products suggested by therapists are also asked to subscribe to the same principles.

Suppliers involved must also agree to donate a small proportion, 10%, of the sales of their products through The Golden Centre to the financial fund.

Charitable payments from other bodies can be made to the financial fund. Charitable status is being sought.

The financial help fund is administered by The Golden Centre and is independently audited.
